A few boys have transgressed the school rules regarding their haircuts. The school’s Code of Conduct states: “Boy’s hair must at all times be short. No hair to grow over the ears. The hair must be clear of the collar. NO MUSHROOM CUTS, BRAIDS, HAIR EXTENSIONS OR FASHIONABLE HAIRCUTS. Neither boys nor girls will be permitted to have gel or colouring in their hair e.g. henna, highlights, etc.” In some instances parents/guardians are party to allowing their children to flout these rules. HAVE AN AWESOME MOTHERS’ DAY ON SUNDAY 10 MAY.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

“A successful person is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks that others throw at them.”

HOMEWORK:

We are once again extremely concerned about the number of pupils who regularly do not complete their homework or tasks. This is unacceptable as homework reinforces the work completed in the classroom. Parents/Guardians need to check their children’s diaries/homework books every day and monitor that the work has been completed by signing and dating the books.
